Who we are
I earned my Masters degree in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2013. I practiced for many years in private practice orthopaedic clinics before specializing in pelvic floor health care.
I am a kind, compassionate therapist who strives to provide comprehensive, trauma informed physiotherapy and pelvic health care. I have experience with most orthopaedic concerns as well as pre and postnatal care, pelvic pain conditions, bowel and bladder concerns and pelvic organ prolapse. With a strong focus on empowering the client, I love to integrate my knowledge of pilates and movement into my sessions as well as other training including IMS when appropriate.
I strive to leave each client feeling heard and understood with a plan and confidence in moving forwards. Helping clients return to their activities, daily tasks or other meaningful goals they might have is my favourite aspect of my work.
